What is the return/exchange policy?
Histemousa.com offers products and services of integrity. Items purchased from Histemousa.com must be returned to Histemousa.com. Histemousa.com can only accept refunds, returns & exchanges for unopened items purchased from Histemousa.com and must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of product and with the original sales receipt. Refunds are credited to the original payment only.
- We do NOT cover shipping costs for general returns.
- If the wrong product and/or defective product was received, please email info@histemousa.com to request a return label.
- Exchanges offered only for products of equal or lesser value.
Refund processing can take up to 7-10 full business days.
There is no free shipping to Hawaii and Alaska and Canada under any circumstances or promotion The HISTEMOUSA.com will not ship to P.O. Box address.
